The Church Partnership is a covenanted relationship between St Michael’s and All Angels Summertown, St Peter’s Wolvercote, the Summertown United Reformed Church, and Wolvercote Baptist Church. It succeeds the 1982 Ecumenical Parish of Wolvercote with Summertown. All Saints’ Wytham officially joined the Partnership at a special service on Sunday 24 October 2021 when the Partnership Covenant was renewed. Read the sermon
preached by The Ven Jonathan Chaffey, Archdeacon of Oxford. Go to Partnership history
for more detail.
As churches in partnership we:
• rejoice in the diversity of our traditions
• seek a deepening of our communion with Christ and with one another
• affirm our underlying unity with Christ through our action and pilgrimage together.
Our joint commitments to each other and the partnership can be read in our renewed Partnership Covenant here
